Description: A species or wild rose with an upright, arching habit. Pinnate leaves with narrow, Elliptic to oval leaflets emerge purple in spring before turning blue-grey (retaining hints of purple) with age. Single, saucer-shaped flowers are bright rose pink with white centres. Each Bloom has a central cluster of yellow stamens. The flowers are produced in clusters from early to midsummer and are followed by prolific red hips.
