Description: Small, Deciduous tree with an upright habit and a rounded crown. The trifoliate leaves have oval to Elliptic leaflets and are bronze in colour when they emerge in spring before turning mid to dark green with age. Small, pale green flowers are produced in pendent, catkin-like Racemes in late spring. The foliage turns vivid red in autumn. Acer henryi is rare in cultivation.
