Description: A medium-sized Deciduous tree with an upright habit and a rounded crown. The bark is glossy dark brown on young trees and will gradually turn to white as the tree matures. Dark green leaves are ovate to oval in shape with pointed tips and coarsely toothed margins. Long, beige catkins are produced in early spring.
