Description: A small Deciduous tree with a weeping habit. The pendulous branches are covered in ovate to oblong leaves with finely toothed margins. The leaves are dark green with attractive, white mottled variegation. Greenish-yellow male catkins are produced from mid to late spring and are followed by female flowers that will develop into hop-like Racemes of fruit with prominent Bracts. Rare in cultivation.
