Description: A small to medium-sized Deciduous tree with an upright habit and spreading branches. The large ovate to heart-shaped leaves are bright green and covered in fine, silky white hairs. Fragrant pale purple, tubular flowers are produced in upright panicles in late spring. The flowers are followed by small, round brown fruit containing brown seed
