Description: A Ground Cover Rose with a bushy, spreading habit. Glossy dark green, pinnate leaves have ovate to oval leaflets with finely toothed margins. Semi-double to double rosette-shaped flowers are a vivid shade of scarlet red. At the centre of each Bloom is a cluster of golden stamens. The flowers are produced in clusters, repeatedly, from midsummer into late autumn or even early winter.

The correct botanical name for this variety is Rosa 'Noa83100b', 'Flower Carpet Scarlet' is a trademark or preferred selling name.
Semi-double to double rosette-shaped flowers are scarlet red. Each bloom has a central cluster of golden stamens. The flowers are held in clusters and produced, repeatedly, from July into December.
