Description: A medium to large-sized Deciduous Shrub with an upright, bushy habit and tiered layers of branches. Mid to dark green, corrugated leaves are ovate to oval in shape with finely toothed margins. Lacecap-like flowers are composed of a central group of small, fertile florets, surrounded by a ring of larger, showy sterile florets. The flowers are produced prolifically along the branches from late spring into early summer and are followed by round, red berries that mature to black. The foliage turns attractive shades of red and purple in autumn before dropping.
