Description: A bulbous Perennial with an upright habit. Aromatic mid-green leaves are lanceolate to strap-shaped and held at the base of the plant. Globe-like umbels of rich violet-purple flowers are held atop strong, vertical stems. Each individual flower is star-shaped with a green centre. The Blooms are produced in early summer and are excellent for use as cut flowers. Attractive to pollinating insects.
