Description: An Evergreen, rhizomatous Perennial with a mat-forming habit. Glossy dark green leaves flushed with red are oval to broadly ovate in shape and have a leathery texture. Small bell-shaped flowers are soft rose pink, each Bloom has a red centre and Calyx. The flowers are held in panicles on red stems and are produced from mid to late spring. Attractive to pollinating insects and good for use as ground cover.
