Description: A clump-forming, rhizomatous Perennial with an upright habit. Three mid to dark green leaves with prominent veins are ovate to Diamond-shaped and have pointed tips. Each stem produces one whorl of three leaves. Large white flowers have three nearly triangular petals and three narrow, green pointed sepals. At the centre of each Bloom is a deep purple (nearly black) ovary. The Blooms are held singly atop the upright stems and are produced in late spring.
