Description: A herbaceous Perennial with a clump-forming, upright habit. Pinnate leaves with oval to lanceolate leaflets emerge deep red in spring before turning to glossy dark green with age. Large, single anemone form peony flowers have an outer layer of larger, blush pink petals surrounding a central cluster of shorter, pale lemon yellow staminodes. The Blooms fade to white with age. The flowers are held singly on upright stems and are produced from early summer into midsummer. The Blooms are heavily scented and excellent for use as cut flowers.
