Description: A clump-forming herbaceous Perennial with a mounding habit and upright flowering stems. Mid to dark green leaves are palmately-lobed with jagged margins. Saucer-shaped flowers are a soft shade of lavender-purple with striking white veining on each of the petals. The Blooms are held in small clusters at the tips of the stems and are produced from early into midsummer. Attractive to pollinating insects.

Award of Garden Merit (AGM).

The name 'Mrs Kendall Clark' also appears to be a reference to a historical cultivar with Blooms described as 'pearl-grey flushed with rose' that is no longer in cultivation under this name. (Graham Stuart Thomas)

Flower:

Saucer-shaped flowers are a soft shade of lavender-purple with conspicuous white veining and nearly black anthers. The blooms are held in small clusters at the tips of the stems and are produced in June and July (possibly again in autumn with deadheading).
