Description: A medium-sized Evergreen Shrub with a rounded, bushy habit. Leathery dark green leaves are ovate to oval in shape and have coarsely toothed margins. The new growth emerges purplish-red in spring. Small white, tubular trumpet-shaped flowers have deep red calyces. The Blooms are held in clusters and are produced from early to late spring. The flowers are sweetly scented and attractive to pollinating insects.
