Description: A herbaceous Perennial with an upright, columnar habit. Large hairy, grey-green to mid-green leaves are oblong to ovate in shape. The leaves are held in large basal rosettes with fewer, smaller leaves on the flowering stems. Bright, clear yellow flowers are saucer-shaped. At the centre of each Bloom is a cluster of showy purple stamens. The flowers are held in dense, branched spikes atop vertical stems and are produced through the summer. Attractive to pollinating insects and excellent for use as cut flowers.
