Description: A low-growing, bulbous Perennial with a clump-forming habit. Oblong to Elliptic Basal Leaves are grey-green to mid-green with attractive purple-brown mottling. Nodding, bell to star-shaped flowers are pure white with pointed, recurved to reflexed petals. Each Bloom has a yellow base with a maroon band above and a prominent central cluster of stamens with purple Anthers. The flowers are held singly atop red, upright stems and are produced from early to mid-spring. Attractive to pollinating insects.

Flower:

Nodding, bell to star-shaped flowers are pure white and have pointed, recurved to reflexed petals. Each bloom has a maroon band above the yellow base and a prominent central cluster of stamens with purple anthers. The flowers are held singly atop red, upright stems and are produced from March into April.
