Description: Large-cupped Narcissus (Narcissus Division 2)

A bulbous Perennial with a clump-forming habit. Smooth, Basal Leaves are grey-green and strap-shaped. Cup and saucer-shaped flowers have snow-white petals. Each Bloom has a central, ruffled yellow cup that fades to white with age, apart from the rim which retains a yellow ring. The flowers are held singly atop upright stems and are produced in mid-spring. Excellent for use as cut flowers and attractive to pollinating insects.

Flower:

Cup and saucer-shaped flowers have pure white perianth segments (petals). At the centre of each bloom is a ruffled yellow corona (cup) that fades to white with age, apart the rim of the cup, which retains a yellow ring. The blooms are held singly atop upright stems and are produced from late March into April.
