Description: A small Deciduous tree with an upright, bushy habit and a broadly conical outline. Large mid to dark green leaves are Elliptic to ovate in shape. Deep rose-pink buds open to pale pink, cup-shaped Blooms that are nearly white inside. The flowers are fragrant and each Bloom can open to 15cm across. The flowers are held singly on upright stems and are produced from mid to late spring before the leaves emerge. 'Star Wars' is renowned for being very floriferous, even as a young plant.

Deep rose pink buds open to pale pink, cup-shaped flowers that are nearly white inside. The flowers are fragrant and each bloom can reach to 15cm across when open. The flowers are held singly on the upright branches and are produced in April and May before the leaves emerge.

Best in full sun to partial shade in fertile, moisture retentive soil that is well drained. Magnolia 'Star Wars' prefers a soil that is neutral to acidic in pH.
