Description: A herbaceous Perennial with a clump-forming habit. Pale to mid-green leaves are oblong to lanceolate (sometimes Elliptic) in shape with coarsely toothed margins. The foliage and flower buds are covered in fine, copper-coloured bristles. Large, nodding to outward-facing, saucer-shaped flowers are a bright shade of sky blue and flushed with pale lilac. Each Bloom has a showy central cluster of delicate stamens with golden Anthers and a proud, pale green stigma. The flowers are held in small clusters atop upright stems and are produced in late spring and early summer.

Flower:

Large, nodding to outward-facing, saucer-shaped flowers are a bright shade of sky blue and flushed with pale lilac. At the centre of each bloom is a prominent central cluster of white stamens with golden anthers and a proud, pale green stigma. The flowers are held in small clusters atop upright stems and are produced in May and June.
