Description: A herbaceous Perennial with a clump-forming habit. Pale to mid-green leaves are oblong to lanceolate (sometimes Elliptic) in shape with coarsely toothed margins. The foliage and flower buds are covered in fine, copper-coloured bristles. Nodding to outward-facing flowers are bowl to saucer-shaped and a stunning shade of azure blue flushed with lavender-purple. At the centre of each Bloom is a showy cluster of stamens with golden Anthers and a proud, pale green stigma. The flowers are held in clusters atop upright stems and are produced in early summer.

Flower:

Bristly, oval buds open to nodding to outward-facing flowers that are bowl to saucer-shaped and a rich shade of azure blue flushed with lavender-purple. At the centre of each bloom is a prominent cluster of white stamens with golden anthers and a proud, pale green stigma. The flowers are held in clusters atop upright stems and are produced in June.
