Description: An Evergreen sub-Shrubby Perennial with an upright, bushy habit. Aromatic mid to dark green leaves are ovate to heart-shaped and have a wrinkled texture. Rich crimson-red flowers are 2-lipped with one small upper lip and a much larger and broader lower lip (giving each flower a slight resemblance to a lady in a flowing dress). The Blooms are held in Racemes and produced over a long period (with deadheading) from late spring into late autumn. Attractive to pollinating insects.
