Description: A compact annual with a bushy habit. Bright green, fine leaves are pinnate with narrow, linear to lanceolate leaflets. Small, lavender-purple flowers are star-shaped and face upwards. At the centre of each Bloom is a showy ring of narrow linear, upright petals that are deep purple and white. The Blooms are held singly up the slender stems and are produced throughout the summer. Good for use as cut flowers and attractive to pollinating insects.

Synonym - Komaroffia bucharica

Flower:

Small, lavender-purple flowers are star-shaped and upward facing. At the centre of each bloom is a showy ring of upright, narrow linear petals that are pruple and white. Flowers are held singly up the stems and are produced from June through August, depending on when the seed was sown.
