Description: Viticella Group of Clematis

A climber with slender, brittle, twining stems. Mid-green, pinnate leaves have lanceolate to ovate leaflets. Pretty bell-shaped to saucer-shaped flowers have pure white petals that are often recurved and twisted and sometimes marked with green. At the centre of each Bloom is a showy cluster of nearly black stamens. The flowers are held singly along the stems and are produced from midsummer through early autumn.

Relatively small, bell to saucer-shaped flowers have snow white petals that are often recurved and twisted and sometimes marked with green. At the centre of each bloom is a prominent central cluster of nearly black stamens. The blooms are held singly along the stems and are produced from July into September. The flowers are produced on the current season's growth.
