Description: A Dwarf Evergreen Shrub with a spreading habit. Sprawling, arching dark green stems have many small, but conspicuous white prickles. Dark green, narrow leaves are linear to lanceolate in shape with jagged, coarsely toothed margins, but are very sparsely produced. Small pale yellow flowers are held in panicles and produced through the summer. The flowers are very occasionally followed by pale orange, raspBerry-like fruit, but this is a rare event in this country. Attractive to pollinating insects.
