Description: A Deciduous climber with twining stems that are deep red when young and become woody with age. Mid to dark green leaves are glaucous on the undersides and obovate to oval in shape. Dark reddish-pink buds open to tubular 2-lipped flowers that are cerise-pink on the outside and white on the inside. Each flower has long protruding stamens and a strong, sweet perfume. The Blooms turn creamy yellow with age. The Blooms are held in clusters at the tips of the stems and produced through the summer. The flowers are attractive to pollinating insects and followed by round red berries.

Deep pink buds open to strongly scented blooms that are cerise-pink on the outside and white on the inside. The blooms have a tubular 2-lipped shape with long protruding stamens and turn creamy-yellow with age. The flowers are held in whorl-like clusters at the tips of the stems and are produced from June through August, and followed by round red berries.
