Description: A herbaceous Perennial with a clump-forming habit and upright branching stems. Smooth mid to dark green leaves are lanceolate to oblong in shape. Daisy-like flowers are composed of violet petals (ray florets) surrounding a central cluster of Disc florets that open yellow and quickly turn to maroon. The flowers are held in panicles on the upright stems and produced prolifically from early to mid-autumn. Attractive to pollinating insects and excellent for use as cut flowers.
