Description: Orienpet Lily (Oriental x Trumpet Lily)
A bulbous Perennial with tall, upright stems. Glossy, dark green leaves are lanceolate in shape and have a waxy texture. Large, bowl-shaped lily flowers have recurved tepals. The Blooms are soft lemon yellow and gradually become paler towards the tips of the tepals. Each Bloom has a prominent central group of stamens with orange-brown Anthers. The Blooms are held in Racemes on tall stems and are produced from mid to late summer. The flowers are highly scented and excellent for cutting.
Award of Gardent Merit (AGM)
Large, bowl-shaped lily flowers are recurved at the tips of the tepals. The blooms are pale primrose yellow with slightly darker, lemon yellow shading towards the centres. Each bloom has a prominent central group of stamens with greenish-yellow filaments and orange-brown anthers. The flowers are held in racemes on upright stems and are produced in July and August. The blooms are heavily scented.
