Description: A Deciduous, medium-sized Shrub with a bushy, spreading habit. Narrow, oblong to oval leaves are grey-green with fine, silky white hairs on the undersides. Deep, reddish pink catkins are oval in shape and have a fuzzy, silvery silhouette. The catkins are produced on bare branches from mid to late winter.
