Description: A herbaceous Perennial with a neat, clump-forming habit. Mid to dark green, Basal Leaves are strap-shaped and have a leathery texture. Deep blue buds open to rich violet-blue flowers that are tubular and funnel-shaped. The Blooms are produced from mid to late summer and held in rounded umbels with flat undersides. The umbels are held atop tall, upright stems that have no leaves. Excellent for use as cut flowers.

Award of Garden Merit (AGM).

Rich, violet-blue flowers are tubular with funnel-shaped faces. The blooms are produced in July and August and held in large, rounded umbels with flat undersides. The umbels are produced atop tall, leafless stems that tower above the foliage.
