Description: A large, Deciduous Shrub with an upright, branching habit and a vase-shaped outline. Mid to dark green leaves are obovate to oval in shape with toothed and wavy margins. Bright yellow flowers are spider-shaped and each Bloom has a maroon Calyx. The flowers are held in clusters along the branches and are produced from mid to late winter before the leaves emerge. Richly scented. The foliage turns yellow in autumn before falling.

Spider-shaped flowers with long, slender petals are bright yellow and fragrant. Each bloom has a maroon calyx. The flowers are held in clusters along the bare branches and are produced in January and February.
