Description: A large Deciduous Shrub with an upright, branching habit and a vase-shaped outline. Mid to dark green leaves are obovate to oval in shape with toothed and wavy margins. Bright orange-yellow flowers are spider-shaped and each Bloom has a deep maroon Calyx. The flowers are held in clusters along the branches and are produced from mid to late winter before the leaves emerge. The flowers have a sweet scent. The foliage turns orange and red in autumn before falling.

Spider-shaped flowers are a bright shade of orange-yellow and fragrant. Each bloom has a deep maroon calyx. The flowers are held in clusters along the bare branches and are produced in January and February.
