Description: A small, Evergreen Shrub with a rounded, bushy habit. Excellent for hedging. The small, glossy leaves are oval to Elliptic in shape and have a leathery texture. The new growth emerges bright green in spring and matures to dark green. Inconspicuous, Apetalous flowers are yellowish-green. The flowers are held in clusters and produced along the branches from early to mid-spring. This plant is grown for the foliage. Resistant to box blight and slow-growing.

Small, inconspicuous flowers are dull, yellowish-green. Monoecious (male and female flowers are produced separately on the same plant.) The flowers are held in clusters along the stems and are produced in March and April.
