Description: A large, Deciduous Shrub with an upright habit and tiered, horizontal branches that often point upwards at the tips. Small, attractive grey-green leaves have irregular white variegation around the margins and are ovate to Elliptic in shape. Tiny, creamy-white flowers are held in flat clusters on relatively long flower stalks. The flower clusters are held above foliage along the branches and are produced in early summer. The flowers are followed by small, deep blue berries. Cornus alternifolia 'Argentea' is slow-growing.

Small, creamy-white flowers are held in flat clusters with relatively long stalks. The flower clusters are held above the foliage and produced in June. The flowers are followed by clusters of small, deep blue berries.
