Description: Medium-sized Deciduous Shrub with glossy mid to dark green, ovate foliage. Large lacecap flowerheads are composed of a central cluster of small, mauve pink fertile florets that are surrounded and nearly covered by exceptionally large pink and white sterile florets. Flowers are produced from midsummer into early autumn.

Large lacecap-like corymbs are composed of a central group of small, mauve-pink, fertile florets that are nearly covered by the exceptionally large, pink and white, sterile florets. (In strong acid soils the smaller, fertile florets will be blue and the larger sterile florets will be blue and white.) Flowers are produced from July into September.

Glossy mid to dark green leaves are ovate to Elliptic in shape and have Dentate margins. The leaves are held in opposite pairs up the branches.
