Description: A small, coniferous, Deciduous tree with an upright central leader and weeping branches. Mid-green needles are soft to the touch, linear in shape, and held in comb-like formation on distichous leaves. Round, green female cones mature to brown in autumn. Red male cones are pendent, held in groups and will expand in winter. The foliage turns a shade of rusty orange in autumn before falling.
