Description: Small Deciduous tree with an upright, spreading habit. Very large, bright green leaves are covered in white, downy hair on the undersides. The leaves can reach to 60cm or more in length. Fragrant, creamy white flowers with deep red markings at the bases are produced in midsummer after the leaves have emerged. Each flower can reach to 30cm in diameter.
