Description: A compact, clump-forming Perennial with hairy, bright green foliage. The leaves are ovate to oblong in shape and have toothed margins. Pale violet-blue flowers have white centres and heart-shaped petals. Flowers are salverform in shape and produced in umbels in late spring and early summer. Primula sieboldii 'Blue Lagoon' will go Dormant before the end of summer.
