Description: A rhizomatous Perennial with a low-growing, mat-forming habit. Smooth grey-green to mid-green Basal Leaves are broadly ovate to Elliptic in shape. Sweetly scented, bell-shaped flowers are pale blush pink and pendent. The flowers are held in Racemes above the foliage and are produced from mid to late spring. Excellent for use as cut flowers. The Blooms of Convallaria majalis var. rosea are generally smaller than those of the white flowering Convallaria majalis.

'Majalis' means May flowering.

Small, fragrant, pale pink flowers are bell-shaped. The blooms are pendent and held in racemes above the foliage in April and May. The flowers are followed by red berries.
