Description: A medium-sized Deciduous Shrub with an upright habit and aromatic bark. The leaves are mid-green and obovate to Elliptic in shape. White, bowl-shaped flowers have broad, overlapping petals and an inner ring of short, yellow sepals with maroon markings. Flowers are held singly on the branches and are produced from early spring through midsummer. The leaves turn attractive shades of yellow in the autumn.
