Description: Small to medium-sized Evergreen Shrub with an upright habit. Leathery, dark green leaves are pinnate and have ovate leaflets with spiny margins. Bright yellow, cup and saucer-shaped flowers are held in dense Racemes from late winter into mid-spring. Flowers are followed by deep blue berries.

Award of Garden Merit (AGM).

Synonym - Mahonia aquifolium 'Fascicularis', M. pinnata (misapplied)

Bright yellow, cup and saucer-shaped flowers are held in relatively short, dense racemes. Flowers are produced from February into April and are followed by deep blue berries.
