Description: A clump-forming Biennial with an upright, branching habit. Bright green, bipinnate leaves have ovate leaflets with toothed margins and disappear before the flowers are produced. The bright green stem leaves clasp around the stems and are ovate to triangular in shape. Vivid yellow-green, rounded, Bract-like leaves are produced just below the flowers. Very small yellow flowers are produced in umbels from mid to late spring.

Foliage:
