Description: A large, Evergreen Shrub or small tree with an upright, spreading habit. Leathery, rich green leaves are broadly ovate to obovate in shape with slightly scalloped margins and are held on long, bright green petioles. Yellow-green, petalless flowers are composed of a group of stamens arranged like the spokes of a wheel (hence the common name of Wheel Tree) on a broad disk. The flowers are produced in Racemes from late spring into early summer. Slow growing.
