Description: A rhizomatous Perennial that produces clumps of upright, leafy stems. Mid-green leaves are pinnate and have lanceolate leaflets with coarsely toothed margins. Small cross-shaped flowers can be found in shades of pink, purple, or white. The plants growing in the Woodland Walk at Malverleys have snow-white Blooms. The flowers are held in clusters atop upright stems and are produced from late spring into early summer. Attractive to pollinating insects.
