Description: A clump-forming Perennial with an upright, bushy habit. Mid to dark green leaves are oblong in shape and held in spirals on the stems. Each leaf has a central white vein along its length. The flower heads are composed of yellow cyathia and are cupped by bright yellow-green Bracts (involucre) The flowers are held in Cymes at the tips of the stems and are produced from late spring into late summer. Attractive to pollinating insects.

Yellow cyathia flowers are surrounded by a collar of yellow-green bracts (involucre). The flower heads are held in cymes at the tips of the stems and are produced from May through August.

Foliage:
