Description: Clump-forming Perennial with mid-green foliage on upright stems. Panicles of bright, hot pink flowers with a darker Eye are produced over a long period from midsummer well into the autumn. P. p. 'Herbstwalzer' is considered to be one of the latest flowering cultivars available and is also thought to be reliably mildew resistant.

Bright, hot-pink flowers with a darker eye are salverform in shape and are held in panicles. The flowers are produced over a long period from July into October.
