Description: A Hybrid Tea Rose with a bushy, upright habit. Glossy mid-green, pinnate leaves have Elliptic to oval leaflets. Double, cerise pink flowers turn to rose pink with age. The Blooms are urn-shaped initially and become cup-shaped once open. The flowers have a strong, sweet fragrance and are produced continuously from early summer through late autumn.
Normally grown as a much shorter, bush rose, it has been trained as a climber in the Hot Garden.
'The McCartney Rose' is a trademark or preferred selling name. The correct cultivar name is 'Meizeli'.
