Description: A clump-forming herbaceous Perennial with a mounding habit. Fern-like leaves are ternate with narrow, finely Divided leaflets and are an attractive shade of blue-green. Tubular flowers are a vivid shade of electric blue and are tinged white at the tips. The flowers are held in Racemes and are produced continuously from early spring into late summer. Sweetly scented.
