Description: Clump-forming, herbaceous Perennial with an upright habit and mid-green, lanceolate foliage. Helenium 'Potter's Wheel' is a relatively compact cultivar with deep red, daisy-like flowers, golden yellow at the tips, and a dark brown central cone. Flowers are produced from midsummer into autumn and are excellent for use as cut flowers.

Round, daisy-like flowers are composed of deep red ray florets (petals), each with a band of yellow at the tips, surrounding a dark brown central cone of disc florets. Flowers are produced from July into September, possibly later in a favourable season.
