Description: A bulbous Perennial with a clump-forming habit. Waxy, strap-shaped leaves with undulating margins are burgundy with hints of green. The foliage is held in basal rosettes and each leaf can reach to 60cm in length. Star-shaped flowers open white and turn dusky pink with age. The Blooms are held in upright Racemes and are produced from late summer into mid-autumn. The Racemes are topped with tufts of leaf-like Bracts, inspiring the common name of 'Pineapple Lily'.

Star-shaped flowers open white and age to a dusky shade of pink. The blooms are held in dense racemes atop upright stems and are produced from August into October. The racemes are capped by a tuft of leaf-like bracts.
