Description: Clump-forming Perennial with an upright habit and mid-green leaves that are lanceolate to pinnatifid in shape. Pincushion-like flowers are produced at the tips of branched, slender stems from early to late summer. Flowers vary in colour from shades of pale pink to mauve and red and are attractive to bees and butterflies.
Pincushion-like capitulum flowers are surrounded by a collar of green bracts (involucre). Flowers are produced from June into August in various pastel shades of pink, mauve and red.
